Infused Water: Detox and Weightloss Aid

Lets just put one thing out there, drinking water is no fun! Studies have shown, that drinking water naturally boosts ones metabolism, so `drink on`! Infused water is the way to go..

Fruit flavoured water, detox water or infused water as its known can be a mixture of fruits, vegetables and even herbs.  You may mix up any combination as there are no fixed set of rules and drink as much as you like ofcourse.

While this water has the benefit of being full of flavour it also has no calories so its a great aid in a weight loss journey if you plan on taking one soon.  You can choose on whether to make a single serving of infused water in a glass or a large pitcher of infused water, so you can go back to it later.  Remember to store in the refrigerator* - based on other makers of infused water, you can refill it up to 7 times without losing much of the flavour before you need to replace the fruit in the pitcher.  So not only is it healthy its affordable too.  ;-)

    1 lemon
    1 cucumber
    Cut Lemon and Cucumber up and mix with water in a large pitcher.  Store in fridge for about 30 minutes and its ready to drink

    1-3 Apples depending on the size
    3-4 cinnamon sticks
    Cut up apples, and mix with cinnamon sticks.  This recipe has a metabolic boosting effect which is great in aiding weight loss.
