Benefit Cosmetics: Official Press Launch
Two weeks ago, I had the privilege to attend the Benefit
Cosmetics official press launch in South Africa. The venue was the astounding Crystal Towers
on Century Boulevard and the event started just after one pm midday. This launch was in honour of the Benefit Brand returning to South Africa. They are undoubtable better, and stronger than ever before! This Brand really as they say has got `irrelevant product names, creative and oh so beautiful packaging and the most innovative beauty solutions`!

And let me tell you all, this event was one for the
books! Firstly, on arrival I received
the cutest name tag which contained my name and surname and also my blog
name- Nadine Knows Beauty. Then pink champagne was served
which I had absolutely none of, since I was driving. However, I did have some juice and found myself nibbling on some lovely tasting finger snacks.
The welcoming hostesses. Table with guest names and tags.

We were escorted to a photo booth, which was absolutely
fabulous and contained the pinkest and the cutest, the funkiest, and the most
adorable props, with which to spice up photos with. Each guest could have pictures taken, and
developed right then and there! I got these awesome hunks to pose with myself
and another guest, how cute are they? ;-)
Myself and Ayesha!
After most or all of the guest had their pictures taken, we
were all escorted into a very purple but pink boardroom. It looked divine! We received a short but
very informative introduction into the Benefit Cosmetics brand. And we were also entertained by some very
gorgeous looking dancers, who just set the mood to feel and be fabulous and
kind of set the era back to the Moulin rouge time period, if you can catch my
drift!
Lovely room display! Dancer did their thing on this stage! ;-)
Displays that were just plainly said stunning!
Hereafter, all of us bloggers, press people and Entertainers
stepped over to the most beautiful looking set up makeup tables, and
displays. Here I received some tips on
how to do my blusher, and also got to experience Benefit Cosmetics fresh face
setting spray. It smelled like cucumber
and it felt so refreshing. I could not
help but want more.
In another section of this boardroom, a candy table awaited
us. With everything on it, from candy
canes to doughnuts to marshmallows, lollipops and plenty of sweets. Guests could take as much as they wanted and
did we stuff the plastic packages provided.
It was just all too yummy if you ask me ;-)
Candy Table
Love this oh so chic saying!
Then came the food, and I mean real food and dessert. A spread of mini quiche, wraps and sweet
treats like macaroons and cupcakes, was the final stop. Along with this, pink alcoholic drinks or
non-alcoholic drinks and or juice/cola was available. It was an absolute amazing event for me. And I really hope to partner with Benefit
cosmetics in the near future again.
These macaroons were the best I've tasted thus far!
Goodie bags were presented to guests` once making their way
out the door. Goodie bags contained a
very informative and gorgeously presented book, displaying Benefit cosmetics
brand and its journey over the world. I also receive 4 lovely Benefit products,
which included a brow pencil and a Puff off eye cream. I know that name says it all! I will blog
about these products a little later in this month.
My goodies I received in my goodie bag
Informative book also came in the goodie bag
All my goodies from the launch event!
Also, I won the cutest passport cover, whilst spinning a
wheel at the event, which dared me to dance and drop it like its hot! BONUS!
Thank you again for Benefit cosmetics and Ayesha for presenting me with this amazing
opportunity to get to know this brand.
