Movie Review: The Shallows

Myself and a girl friend ended up watching `The Shallows` on this past Saturday as we were very undecided on which movie to actually see. However, we were in for a huge surprise when we were actually kept in so much suspense that somewhere in between the movie, we actually lost track of eating our snacks as we jumped up for some very surprising scenes.
So to me personally, `The Shallows` is just not the right words to describe this movie. But I guess that you would have to ascertain for yourself when you go and see it.
Summary: A medical school dropout returns to the same mysterious beach her own mom had been when she was pregnant with her, to do some surfing and find some peace in her life. What she then got, was way more than she had bargained for. Without giving away too much, a shark attack leaves her stranded in the middle of the ocean stuck on a rock and fighting with every last bit of energy and strength she has left to survive.
Does she make it out alive or not? I bet you want to know this answer don't you? Just go see the movie already! ;-)
