Black soaps are known for their added benefits, and I was more than pleasantly surprised when I came across a Black soap from VP Herbal at the affordable price of R79.99 available from both Dischem and Clicks stores. The soap itself comes in a generous size of 150g and it lasts people, I’ve been using it for two weeks on my skin and hair, and still there is quite a bit of it left.

For an all-round solution to skin breakouts, hyperpigmentation, stretch marks and many other skin concerns use VP Herbal Black soap.  The soap is suitable to use on any skin including sensitive, normal and oily skin.  It’s an all-natural activated wood charcoal ( which is commonly used to draw poisons out and helps with itching) it also contains various oils and is enriched with Shea butter! yay!

My experience:

I love, love, love this black soap. My hair and scalp was left clean, and moisturised every single time I used the black soap. The soap easily foams up, and I managed to lather my scalp by using luke-warm water, also the soap rinsed out easily too. The shea butter in this black soap ensured my hair was left moisturised and soft and as a naturlista, this is an absolute bonus. I feel one can easily make it part of a pre-poo routine, as the black soap really got rid of build-up on my hair, leaving it clean. I would definitely re-purchase this black soap, as the benefits of using this soap are really too great to ignore.
