Men in recent times have been so admired for their bears, in all the shapes, sizes and designs, but what is the November, no shave Movember all about you might be wondering? I myself had to go do some reading up on the topic, and since then I actually feel everyone be it ladies or gents, should be informed about this Movember movement and should in actual fact be spreading the word on this topic.

The main concept about Movember is to focus on Mens overall Health. The aim is to address and make known some of the bigger health issues which men face. Prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention rank above the rest.

No Shave November?
The No Shave November moment focuses on Cancer Awareness. And you might wonder what the point of is growing out facial hair during the month of November. The goal of all the No Shave November campaigns is for men to grow awareness by embracing their hair which many cancer patients end up losing.
For me both these concepts raises awareness of Mens health issues, whether it be cancer which most people are more concerned about, or those health issues like mental health which do not get so much attention unless it affects one personally. Hopefully, men will open up more about the health issues they face and take action not only in November, but during the entire year.
