Avon Colour Correcting Pearls R99.95 Reg Price R159.95

Candy-coloured Pearls

Blend these pearls together and use a Kabuki brush to highlight the entire face, and cover blemishes.  Personally, I use a bigger sized brush, to dust these pearls onto my skin.   The different colours of these pearls work together to cover and highlight the facial features in a more prominent manner.

I applied the pearls to the outside of my hand, for you to clearly see the shimmery effect in better light!

This picture illustrates a close up of the colours still visible of combined pearls.  Green and purple tones are coming thru clearly.

Provides a subtle glow on ones skin.  From the above picture, you can clearly see the shimmery effect on my skin (please note, this picture has no filters applied to it).

Each of the Coloured pearls have their own respective purpose.  As per below please see their different effects.
Cream:  Works to illuminate the face

Lilac:  Colour corrects yellow tones that make skin look dull and sallow

Green: Reduces the appearance of redness such as rosacea and blemishes

Peach:  Helps to neutralise the appearance of blue tones like dark spots including freckles, sun spots and scars

Yellow:  Reduces the appearance of purple tones like dark under-eye circles and scars

Pro`s:
- Long lasting coverage
- No smell really
- Non-sticky texture
- Non-flaking
- Can be used all-over the face/eye/cheek/nose area
- Pretty and shimmery effect!
- Pearls brighten one`s complexion giving it a healthy glow

Cons:
- At a regular price of R159.95 its best to get yours when its on special from Avon ( I got mine as a newly released product at R99.95).
- Packaging lacks some excitement ( pearls come in a regular black screw open/close container/pot ).
- More of a shimmer powder than a bronzer.

*I'm hoping this review gave you some good insight into the Avon Colour Correcting Pearls.  For me they get a 3/5 rating personally.
