Sometimes I too do this: SLEEP WITH MY MAKEUP ON! Here`s how to fix that mess!


1.    Double cleanse your skin to ensure that you get rid of the makeup, as well as sweat and dead skin cells you’ve built up during the night!

2.    Your skin will probably look a little duller than usual, then do a quick exfoliation treatment to brighten your complexion.

3.    Dab on a generous helping of anti-oxidant serum/day cream since yesterday’s pollutants have had the entire night to cause damage to your skin.

4.    Keep a facial mist handy with which to spritz your skin a couple of times during the day – this replenishes lost moisture and adds vitamins and minerals.
